Townhome shoppers are
calling it the "new math": two terrific incentives
that add up to one great value at Wineberry of
DeKalb, Eagle Homes' community of 180 townhomes.
For a limited time, buyers who qualify can purchase
a Wineberry residence with no money down and take
advantage of discounts worth up to $5,000 on the
home's price, said Kathy Szukalski, director of
sales and marketing for Eagle Homes, Inc.
"There has never been a more ideal time to claim one
of our quality built, amenity-packed townhomes at
Wineberry," she said. "Not only can shoppers knock
off up to $5,000 on our already low home prices, but
they don't have to worry about raising money for
closing costs or a down payment."
For first-time buyers and shoppers on a tight
budget, "it's the perfect scenario for big savings,"
added Szukalski.
The financing offer applies to buyers who opt for a
home mortgage loan through Eagle Homes' preferred
lender. The buyer must qualify for either 100
percent financing or an 80/20 loan and is required
to put down at least $500 to cover closing costs at
the time of contract-an amount which is fully
refunded at the time of closing.
"To make a great deal even better, we have a wide
selection of townhomes that are available in as few
as 30 days, allowing you to be settled into your new
home before spring," said Szukalski.
In all, buyers can select from four unique Wineberry
designs-including a ranch, a split level, and two
2-story townhomes. Every Wineberry residence comes
with two to three bedrooms, one to three baths, a
two-story Great Room (per plan), attached two-car
garage and optional basement. Sizes vary from 800 to
1,743 square feet, with base prices ranging from
$142,490 to $176,990 (all prices subject to change
without notice).
Additionally, Wineberry's homeowner's association
fees start at only $75 a month, which covers all
lawn care, snow removal, exterior maintenance and
more.
Wineberry is located next to 2.3 acres of dedicated
open space and is conveniently accessible to I-88,
DeKalb shopping (including a new Super Wal-Mart),
Northern Illinois University, Kishwaukee Hospital,
live theater and recreational areas. Several
schools, including Gwendolyn Brooks Elementary
School and an adjacent playground, are also within
walking distance of the development. Older children
attend Clinton Rosette Middle School and DeKalb
Senior High School. New stores like Starbucks and
Big Lots have recently opened in the immediate area.
To reach Wineberry, take I-88 west to Annie Glidden
Road, north to Bethany Road, east to Sangamon Road,
